I looked at your itinerary for Friday and you seem to be crossing back and forth across London, I'd go for this sequence:
Buckingham Palace then Big Ben & Westminster Abbey (as they're next to each other) then the London Eye, then Tower of London & Tower Bridge (as they're next to each other) and finally St Pauls Cathedral. If you've already booked any tickets with a specific time then you can change the order to suit. The other days look OK. Hope this helps.
Switched things around. Decided agains the West End show since it just seemed to cause too many scheduling problems. Plus, I can see a Broadway show anytime I want.

Yeah Tkts is pretty good got some nice tickets 2 months ago to see a theatre show, I tried also http://www.cheaptheatretickets.com/les-miserables/
